- Use the artwork for AI training, dataset creation, model development, fine-tuning, testing, benchmarking, or style analysis
- Use the artwork in unlawful, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, pornographic, defamatory, or otherwise harmful content
- Use the artwork in a way that suggests endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with Yuka or eefoto
- Print the artwork on merchandise or physical products for resale unless the applicable license specifically permits it
Commercial use, client work, merchandise, and physical-product sales are allowed only when expressly permitted by the applicable product license.
For example:
Paid name PNGs may be restricted to personal use
Free manga SFX may have separate terms allowing commercial use
Future physical products may have separate product-specific terms

The applicable license is shown on each product page. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a product-specific license, the product-specific license controls for that product.
Inkan-Style and Hanko-Inspired Artwork
Inkan-style and hanko-inspired artwork sold or provided by eefoto is decorative digital artwork.
It is not a legal, official, certified, or government-recognized Japanese seal.
You may not use it for:
- Government documents
- Legal documents
- Banking or financial procedures
- Official identification
- Contracts
Any other purpose requiring an official seal or legal stamp
Print-on-Demand Physical Products
Some physical products may be produced on demand by third-party fulfillment providers, such as Printful.
Product availability, production times, shipping estimates, product specifications, and packaging may vary.
Customers may purchase and use finished physical products for personal use. Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, customers may not:
- Resell or commercially exploit the finished product
- Reproduce the design or use it to manufacture additional products
- Remove the design and resell the base product
- Bulk order products for resale or distribution
- Claim ownership of the design or production files
- Use the product as part of a competing merchandise or POD business
Returns, replacements, and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy and applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or waived.
Portfolio Use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we may display completed custom work in our portfolio, Website, and promotional materials after the work has been publicly released by the client.
We will not publicly display confidential, unreleased, or restricted work without the client’s permission.
We will handle personal information according to our Privacy Policy.
Feedback
